ORBITA cooperated with DOMETIC for Warwick Hotel Doha

Warwick is a 5 star hotel chain with at least 10 hotels in Middle East area. Warwick Doha previously installed a Spanish brand proximity locks. However, continuous complains come from the hotel management due to the instability of the electronics and incompatibility with Opera. Dometic Middle East, one of ORBITA’ s partners proposed ORBITA lock as the replacement. By the joint efforts of Dometic Middle East and ORBITA HO, the 174 room locks were all replaced with brand new ORBITA electronics including motherboards, software and Wireless Portable Programmer. The new electronics completely solved the previous problems and terminated all complains. The new software compatible with Opera and the unique ORBITA wireless portable programmer has brought the extreme conveniences to the hotel management. The whole job did not touch anything of the door carpentry; we saved a lot of labor cost for our customer as well as their doors. To bring the added value to our customer and partners is the source of pride of ORBITA team.
